🔒 Privacy Policy
Day of AI respects your privacy. We do not collect personally identifiable information about you unless you voluntarily provide it, such as when you provide email contact information to subscribe to our mailing list, send us feedback, or respond to a survey.
Information Collection
If you voluntarily provide your email address and/or other contact information, we might also use it to inform you of events and changes to Day of AI content, to survey you about your use or opinion of Day of AI, or to ask for your support. At your request, we will remove your contact information from our files.

We do not make your contact information or any other personally identifiable information available to anyone outside Day of AI or its service providers unless we are legally required to do so.
Anonymous Information Collection

Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics Demographics and Interest Reporting to improve services and understand aggregate demographics. We cannot obtain personally-identifiable information from Google Analytics. You can opt out of Google Analytics by disabling cookies or adjusting your Google Ads settings.
Cookies
We may use "cookies" to improve your Day of AI web experience and collect anonymous information. However, cookies are not required for Day of AI use. If your browser is configured not to accept cookies, you will still be able to access Day of AI and its content.

💼 MIT Interpretation of "Non-commercial"
Non-commercial use means that users may not sell, profit from, or commercialize Day of AI materials or works derived from them. The guidelines below help determine permitted use under the "non-commercial" restriction.
❌ Prohibited: Commercialization
Users may not directly sell or profit from Day of AI materials or derived works.
Example:
A commercial education business may not offer paid courses based on Day of AI materials if the business intends to profit.
✅ Permitted: Non-commercial Use
Determination is based on the use, not the user. Any entity may use materials for non-commercial purposes.
Example:

Day of AI has extensively reviewed all materials to determine correct ownership and obtain appropriate licenses. We will promptly remove any material determined to be infringing on others' rights.
Filing a Notification
If you believe Day of AI material infringes copyright, contact us via email. You must be the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
Required Information:
- Identification of the copyrighted work (or representative list for multiple works)
- Identification of infringing material with sufficient detail (URLs, specific identification)
- Contact information for the claimant (email, phone number)
- Statement that use has not been authorized by copyright owner
- Statement that notification information is accurate and claimant is authorized
